Sofa bed +upper birth cabin more crowded?

We had a cabin with an upper bunk and a sofa bed on Eclipse. The upper bunk bed came out of the ceiling (not the wall) and I actually didn't even notice it until several days into the cruise, when my daughter pointed it out. The sofa trundle bed is equally inconspicuous.

The cabin will be identical to a 2 person room. The 3rd bed is the top of the sofa itself with the addition of blankets and an eggcrate. Same exact one that's in 2 person rooms. The upper berth is flush with the ceiling above the sofa and you can't even tell it's there when not pulled down except that you will see the tiles are "cut out" in the shape of a rectangle.

So to sum it up, there is absolutely NO difference in size in the room or space.
