How to Get Icon Picture to Show Up

I have uploaded a "profile pic" that shows up when you click on my name, but when I post, it's not there. Is there a special thing that I need to do for that or is it just not working properly?

That's called your AVATAR.

 

Go into User CP. (upper left corner of the page) and click on avatar. Explanation is there.
