Sometimes show rooms available...

but then sometimes not. I've gone to the Carnival website and sometimes it shows balcony rooms available and then they won't have any then later when I log on they will. Why is this? I'm trying to watch the price so I can OBC's when the price lowers.

For instance if someone else is checking and they click on a cabin, it will hold that cabin out of availability I think for 20 minutes.
