looking for the Princess chicken waldrof recipe

Can't remember where someone last year had kindly posted the recipe for the chicken waldrof salad (Princess ship) which used coconut milk, chicken, celery, cashews, etc. I'll be danged but I can't find what I did with it and it's my favourite dish for company in the summer. Hope someone can help. I'd be most appreciative.
