Thank you for calling me and offering to help in a very practical way when my luggage was missing on last week's cruise. I am so sorry I have forgotten your name (I am terrible with names) but you took the extra effort to extend help and it was very much appreciated. I hope your cruise went wonderfully and maybe we will meet again on another cruise. By the way, my luggage did show up in Corfu so it could have been worse. :eek:

No good deed goes unpunished, ... er, unrewarded. I'm glad that someone took a few minutes to smooth your cruise experience. Lost luggage can be so frustrating because you have no idea when it will be resolved.
