Where will the Tahitian be?

I am sailing 5/3 on the Tahitian Princess, from Hawaii to Tahiti. I noticed that the ship is "unaccounted" for in the brochure, on the Princess website, and other cruise sites, from 4/24 - 5/3. The last cruise prior is 4/12 - 4/24, from Tahiti to Hawaii. Does anyone know where the ship will be? Dry dock? Chartered? I was just curious, that's all.

She'll likely be docked for periodic maintenance. Not a bad place for a couple off-duty weeks for the crew, eh? (I know, they'll have lots to do, I hope they get some time off).

Sure wish Princess would start their Hawaii to Tahiti R/T cruises again. We loved the short flight to Hawaii (compared to the Tahiti flight) and loved the 24 day schedule they used to have. Now I am only finding itineraries that re R/T Tahiti instead of vice versa. :(

 

Not sure whats going on with the Tahitian Princess, it might be interesting to see what happens with that schedule after she disappears though.

It is either a dry dock or wet dock this April/May.
