Summit is being "Solsticized" in January 2012. Lots of rennovations

will be happening at that time since she will be in drydock for 3 weeks.

Hi Setter,

 

DH and I were on Summit in CC cabin 7203 and got off last week now :(

 

The room doesn't look updated and there was no flat screen tv in the room. There is a regular tube tv.

 

We really LOVED the bed and pillows!! I would think that the beds have been renovated but I am not sure!!!

 

Lois R is right. Summit will be drydocked in January 2012 for three weeks to get Solsticized then.

The ships that get renovated and receive room renovations get fitted with new flat screen TV's. I read somewhere a few months back that some of the Suites on certain Celebrity ships were upgraded (new carpeting, TV's, etc.) when they were converted from Balcony rooms to Concierge Class rooms.
