Recipe for the rice pudding served at the Indonesian Lunch?

This was a highlight on our Veendam trip last September. DH still mentions how good it was. I'd love to surprise him. Have any of you ever gotten the recipe?

Thanks!

Just be careful they don't send you a recipe that serves 100! I once asked for a strawberry low cal no sugar cheesecake recipe. Not only did it serve 100, but it called for mixes which only food services can access. I was floored that a mix came anywhere near that dessert, since it was out of this world delicious. It did me no good at all to request the recipe, but this was on RCCL. HAL may be more willing to share the chef's secrets.

I searched for it on Google and found Bubur Sumsum but it calls for rice flour, coconut milk, pandam leaves, screw pine and palm sugar. HAL probably has all these ingredients on board as it feeds it crew food that they are accustomed to and not our type of food. I guess one can find these odd ingredients at an Asian grocery.
