We really liked Mykonos. It is a mostly white town, with many of the buildings looking like square sugar cubes. Even the sidewalks are white! The windows and doors are usually painted blue or red. There were many pretty flowers hanging down from windows. It is a cute town to just walk around in. We found a shop selling dishes, cups, and bowls that a local artist had painted, with Greek scenes on them. They were really gorgeous. The streets are mostly for pedestrians, narrow and winding and really easy to get lost on. We had fantastic baklava at one of the waterside cafes.

At Santorini, we went to Oia---with the whitewashed buildings, narrow alleyways. Very picturesque. We liked Mykonos and Rhodes, too. In fact, we liked the Greek Islands so much we will be returning in Sept 2012 on Ocean Princess. That itinerary is amazing.

The only Greek Island I wouldn't be in a hurry to go back to is Zakynthos. I believe it is in the Ionian Sea.
