Problems with cruise documents

Is anybody encountering delays in receiveing their cruise documents, or is it just us. Cannot resolve with Seattle although I have called three times and still have not been assured that we will receive them before we leave. Our cruise leaves on June 29th, we will start our trip on June 19th, that leaves a very short window. For sure we do not want to have our luggage deposited with no means of suite ID etc,.

Never encountered this in the past, so I am just wondering if anybody else has had a similar experience.

Can't you print out your boarding pass from Seabourn's website?

That was an answer given me by a member of the Seabourn Seattle staff. There are no such facilities, checked the e-ticket section, the final documentation plus all others and no luck. Yes, sometimes on other cruise lines you can print out your luggage tags. But we also looked forward to the tags that you insert into your Seabourn leather holders to attach to your luggage, strange.
