Difference between Grand Suite & Ocean Suite?

I've checked the Carnival web site and searched these boards - the only difference I can see between the two is a slightly larger cabin and balcony.

Has anyone stayed in both, and if so, can you say what the major differences are between the two?

BTW, I'm sailing on the Liberty.

Thanks in advance!

The GS is the size of 2 regular cabins & the OS is the size of 1 1/2 regular cabins. The GS also has a larger/longer couch, a bidet in the bathroom & as you said, the larger balcony:)

We've had both (GS on Conquest, OS on Glory). There is a noticeable size difference - as cruisenanny said, the GS is twice the size of a regular 8A balcony cabin. I've had smaller hotel rooms with major chains. The tub/shower is larger in a GS. Is it worth the extra cost? Not in my opinion. It's nice, though. (We got a deal with the upsell fairy, who really wanted our aft wrap balcony and gave us OBC to switch.:D)

One other option is the premium vista balcony. It's a tad bit cheaper than the ocean suite, but has a large wrap around aft facing balcony. :)
