How soon should I receive our Express Docs from HAL?

I completed the online check in about 3 weeks ago and they said that they should be ready by JULY 11, 2011.

 

We are all paid up through Inspiration Cruises.

 

Does living "Down Under" make a difference?(To HAL)

They will be available on line July 11th. This is usually 50 days prior to a cruise. I am not sure being booked thru the group or company (we are not supposed to mention TAs, if that is one), or being in Australia will change that.

How soon should I receive our Express Docs from HAL?

HAL will send you an email when you can log on and print them. Ours have always been available 51 or 50 days out.

Go to the site of HAL. Register to the site. Afterwards you can use Log-in.

Follow the steps and if documents are available you will be able to print.

Print also your emabrcation luggage labels. That makes the check if of your luggage quick without any formality. With your express documents (boarding pass) printed you do the rest of the check in.

HAL is easy for this!

Ours were ready about 2 weeks before they said they would be. We booked diirectly with HAL if that makes any difference.

I finally found my E-docs!! HAL never notified us that they were ready, and although I often logged onto my account on their site, there is no instructions on how to access your E-docs. It was only in frustration that when I started the online check-in again, that they popped up!:D
