Tips on land portion of cruisetour

I haven't found an answer to my question in our paperwork or through a search here - hopefully someone can help.

 

While on the land portion of our cruisetour what are the recommended tips for tour guide, bus drivers, local guides, park rangers?

I did a HAL cruisetour in '07 and the recommended was $2 per day for the bus driver, $3.50 per day for the tour guide. Nothing was mentioned about the park rangers and we didn't have any local guides.

 

Should be in your cruisetour documents somewhere.

They says Tour Concierge US $ 4.00 per guest , per day,

Driver-Guide $ 4.00 per guest per day,

McKinley Explorer Rail Guide $ 1.50 Per Guest per day,

mv Yukon Queen II Cabin Crew $ 1.00 per guest per day,

Hotel Bellman: All baggage-handling gratuities are included in your tour for all hotels shown on your itinerary.
