Allure vs. Oasis - Booking and Difference Questions

Wow! That does look great! I actually just held 8696. Any idea how that room would be? Is deck 8 high enough? Sorry this is my first cruise and i'm just confused with it all!

 

We were in 8692 in June and it was great. Nice central location. Very close to Central Park. You could even grab coffee and breakfast at the Park Cafe and bring it back to your room to have on the balcony in case you forget to order room service.

On December 3rd a ocean-view balcony just came available for cabin 8696. I grabbed it to put on hold - hoping deck 8 is high enough... I'm hoping something a little higher opens up

 

 

We prefer deck 8 and like being near Central Park as well. It is high enough for us.

Well we ended up going with the Eastern cruise on the Oasis. Cabin 11598...good choice? I can finally get excited!

Is it noisy at night? I heard rooms above boardwalk are very noisy till midnight?
