Wi Fi access in Ports

Recommended Posts

Would appreciate any information about free wi-fi spots in Halifax and St John.

In Saint John, the Brunswick Square Shopping Centre (3 blocks from ship) has free WiFi. Also as you walk along the streets free WiFi access pops up from the local restaurants. City Market also has free WiFi. In summary - won't be a problem.

Yes, free WiFi in Halifax. Across from Pier at coffee shop, buy a beverage and use their WiFi or the new terminal with the farmer's market etc has free WiFi. We saw several Officers from our ship inside using their computers though no ship was docked at that terminal. It is newly opened this season but not totally completed.

For anyone who is interested, there is free WiFi in the terminal in Quebec City and Charlottetown. Sydney has very low cost WiFi for guests but free for crew.
