Anyone had the lunch buffet at the Wyndham?

Is it typical buffet junk, or is it more tropical/island inspired?

 

I'm trying to decide if I want to do the Wyndham with lunch included, or the Sheraton and going for lunch at the Fish Fry or some other place.

it's been a long time since I've done that buffet, I don't remember it much, except that I wasn't impressed and vowed not to pay that much to sit indoors and each buffet food (i'm not a fan of buffet's to begin with, so take that into consideration).

Personally, this wouldn't be a selling point for me.

I'd rather pay for a burger, wrap or salad of MY choice without picking thru a buffet line.

 

Maybe sheraton would be a better choice.

I feel the same way about buffets. Notice the orginal "buffet junk" comment. I figured if I'm in the Bahamas I want something Bahamian to eat, not all you can eat salads and chicken tenders.

Is Fish Fry at the Sheritan? Or near by? We are going to the Sheritan on a day pass, so just wondering.

I *think* the fish fry is between the Sheraton and the terminal on bay street.

 

Anyone know if you can take the #10 jitney from Sheraton to fish fry? Would it be an easy walk from fish fry back to the port?
