Ship Time and Puerto Rico Time?

I know this is in the wrong place but i need an answer quickly and can't find it by google searching.

 

Can someone please tell me the dfifference between the ships time (Carnival Liberty) and Puerto Rico time.

There is none. Ship time and Puerto Rico time is the same.

Ship time and PR will be on the same time

Puerto Rico is on Atlantic Standard Time, which doesnt observe Daylight savings time which starts in Nov, so until then the time is the same as Miami. After Nov 6th PR is an hour ahead of Miami.
