Grand Asia tours

Anyone with suggestions on what tours I should not miss on the 70 day Grand Asia trip (China excluded)? American Express gave us a complimentary tours for Hong Kong and Melbourne, but I'm not sure which others are "not to miss" as far as (Vladivostok, Petropavlovsk) Russia, ( Nha trang)Vietnam, (Busan, Jeju City, Incheon) South Korea, (Bali, Java, Jarkarta) Indonesia, Figi, Calendonia, we are planning stops at. Any help would be appreciated. We like most is beautiful scenery and parks.
