jeanscruise Posted March 29, 2005 #1 Share Posted March 29, 2005 I've gone around to lots of sites looking for a Carnival Conquest cam. Is there one? We're sailing on Conquest May 1. Can't wait!
LoriTX Posted March 29, 2005 #2 Share Posted March 29, 2005 We are also on the May 1st cruise!!! The only webcam I can find is the one for the Port of NO. Conquest can be seen on Sundays. http://www.portno.com/cruise_term.htm Lori

In a word....No. None of the Carnival ships have webcams. I really don't know what CCLs problem is in this area.
zzupschuck Posted March 29, 2005 #4 Share Posted March 29, 2005 Try http://www.nola.com and under the CAMS heading at the top middle of the page click on bridgecam.
jeanscruise Posted March 29, 2005 Author #5 Share Posted March 29, 2005 Thanks everyone. I'll look Sunday at the cam for the pier. Lori, who are you traveling with? My husband and I will be traveling alone (kids grown) I haven't gotten the docs yet, but they say 2-3 weeks before sailing.
CanTex Posted March 29, 2005 #6 Share Posted March 29, 2005 In a word....No. None of the Carnival ships have webcams. I really don't know what CCLs problem is in this area. What's really neat about this on some of the other lines that have the on-board webcams is appearing on these at a pre-arranged time. Your friends and family (who you left behind) can check on-line at that time and get a chance to see you enjoying your vacation -- live (then they'll really regret they didn't join you!) On Celebrity, they archive their webcam images and we were able to retrieve and save the pictures of us on-board when we got back home.
WazAnOkie Posted March 29, 2005 #7 Share Posted March 29, 2005 You might also try the NCL Dream bridge cam, as the Dream is usually docked right behind the Conquest while in N.O. http://www.ncl.com/fleet/07/dream.htm and click on Bridge Cam. Here's a pic I took of the Conquest as we were pulling out of port last October on the Dream.

jeanscruise Posted March 30, 2005 Author #9 Share Posted March 30, 2005 We booked recently, so I guess it may take a little longer to get docs. I'm traveling with my husband, Dan. See you on board...maybe!!! Jean
