Cost of taxi from FLL (Ft. Lauderdale Airport) to Port Everglades????

Hello to all!

I was hoping someone might be able to help with preparing us for the cost related to a taxi ride from Ft/ Lauderdal Airport to Port Everglades. I heard it is only two miles away, but was hoping to get input from those who had used the taxis (Or another service) on the price you paid. Also heard that it was difficult to get a cab. We have 10 in our group and were thinking about setting something up ahead of time. Any suggestions?

For two people from the airport to the port this past feb it was about 9.50.

cabs are not hard to get at all from the airport. Are you arriving the day of the cruise?

What about a trip by the liquor store? Then how much would it be? Is this possible?

Getting taxis are incredibly easy - $12 max.

 

 

There are liquor stores on the way - it will depend on how long you take becasue they will charge you to wait...

Just got back from our cruise today and the fare was $13 (plus tip) for three people. It only takes about 10 minutes to get there.
