Ice Cream Situation on Sun

I cannot go a whole week without ice cream. :D

 

That said, what are the options and hours of operation at Sprinkles? Can I get a milkshake, too?

They had several flavors of ice cream and soft serve frozen yogurt. From what I remember Sprinkles was open pretty much all day. Not totally sure about a milk shake but I don't think they had them.

You can also get ice cream at night in the restaurants in place or, of even in addition to, dessert. The flavors change nightly, but they will always make you a sundae with vanilla ice cream.

we were on the SUN for the 3/19-3/26 sailing.

My kids ate the ice cream first day sailing ----tasted fine.

 

After that, they said, it tasted strange. I tasted it...my husband tasted it and we all agreed. Funny aftertaste...wasn't freezer burn.

 

We stayed away from it.

 

the ice cream at the restaurants tasted fine...but at Sprinkles....we did not go back :(

Bummer, I love me some ice cream...guess I'll need to eat an extra dessert at dinner.:p

I was also on the 3/19-3/26 cruise on the Sun. The ice cream tasted fine at Sprinkles to everyone in our party of 8 the entire week. I don't think we missed a day! We really liked the Pistachio!

you can get ice cream in any dining room at lunch AND dinner. and when i was aboard in dec, sprinkles ice cream tasted fine to me! :D
