I booked last week on Hotwire! Jan 26 + Jan 27. $39.00 including taxes & fees per room at the Westin Beach Resort & Spa. Awesome deal!

 

The Miami Marathon is on Sunday Jan 28th. I'm guessing 22,000 runners are driving the prices up since it's a big race weekend & Ft lauderdale is probably the overflow area!

 

better bidding dot com is a great site that really helps with figuring out which hotels are on hot wire.

Hyatt Regency Pier Sixty-Six

 

Two nights, $185.56 with taxes and fees.

 

It has mixed reviews, but for that price, I'm thrilled.:D

We booked Fairfield Inn and Suites through LMT and I didnt realize that they were overbooked. but LMT negotiated our deal..it was rejected:mad:

Anyway I found The Gallery One on LMT for $169, 2 rooms with 2 queen beds in each room..

I was talking to a friend that reminded me PL bids are only for 2 people, and anything else is negotiable,,SOMETIMES..

I don't want to take a chance and not be able to get us all into the rooms so I think I am going to stay with the Gallery One deal.
