Beach Towels on Pride

Can anyone tell me how big or thick the beach towels are on Pride? I hear people say they take them off the ship on beach excursions so I'm assuming that's allowed. I'm wondering if it's worth dragging my travel beach blanket for the one day we'll be spending any significant amount of time on the beach.

Typical beach towel size. I usually take my own for the fear of loosing Carnival's. I am also someone who likes my "space" so I like my oversized one. Hope this helps.

They are big and thick - we could only fit two into our beach bag - some would say that is great - while if you have 4 or 5 people you need to have another bag. I take our own cheap WalMart towels - nice and big and thin - can fit all 4 into a beach bag.

Unless you want to be washing your own towels, use the ship's...they're fine!
