Honolulu Tour Suggestions... Please

We are looking for a grand tour of Honolulu (Pearl Harbor, Punchbowl, various beaches North Shore) without paying the high cruise line prices. Can anyone suggest a tour that will work for what we are seeking? Your suggestions are appreciated.!

You may have to do Pearl Harbor with the Missouri, or the Circle Island tour.

We were lucky our friends had a rental car.

And Having been to the Islands 8 times, I had our travel club back home print me the directions to Punch Bowl, and then drove the perimeter of the Island to get everywhere else: Mormon site, Waimea falls, North Shore, Dole Pinapple.

We woke up one morning got picked up at 7am. and did the Pearl Harbor tour through a local tour company. They are so competitive and did not cost much. ( I did not know if I could mention the name here).

You touch upon something I am hoping for; in many ports the tour companies will line up to take your money. Hoping that will be the case dockside in Honolulu!

We are doing the Pearl Harbour tour via a ship tour ...purely for the convenience and time factor (I believe you have to be there very early to get tickets).
