IwannaGo Now Posted December 1, 2011 #1 Share Posted December 1, 2011 Beware!!!....I just completed a cruise where I applied the Future Cruise Credit purchased on a previous cruise. When I got my final bill, it stated that I had lost part of the $100 NON-refundable on board credit....granted it was less than the new tip increase, $7.76.....Just be aware that the credit is NON-REFUNDABLE......
AWCHIEF Posted December 1, 2011 #2 Share Posted December 1, 2011 Think you, I believe it states that on the certificate.

Was it because you didn't spend the entire 100 dollars while on the cruise?

Was it because you didn't spend the entire 100 dollars while on the cruise? That is what I am thinking but thought they would give you a check if you had a balance left over. AWCHIEF Posted December 1, 2011 #5 Share Posted December 1, 2011 From the back of the FCC that I am using on my cruise next week: "The on-board credit is non-refundable, non-transferable and has no cash value. Any unused portion of the onboard credit will be forfeited."
IwannaGo Now Posted December 1, 2011 Author #6 Share Posted December 1, 2011 I traveled solo, and I had a few credits....my spending did not exceed my credits.....(I don't drink....so most of my S&S was for the $80 auto tips). I did get a refund check, but the check was $7.76 short.....due to the non-refundable part of the $100 Future Cruise Credit. In other words, I had charges of $92.24 (including auto tips) I had credits of $165.23 ($100 of which was the FCC.) Instead of a check for $72.99 (which the interactive TV showed as a credit right up to the last night)....I received $65.23. Hope I explained that right. Take your S&S card to the casino. Put it in a slot machine. Choose the option to charge to your S&S account. Once the machine is loaded with $100 in credits, select cash out to S&S card. Take card to casino cage. Tell them you want to cash out your S&S. Collect $100. Simple. No fees.

myangel Posted December 1, 2011 #11 Share Posted December 1, 2011 I have $100 in FCC, $100 in stock shares credit, and $250 in Funpoints redemptions. If I don't use it all, I wonder if I will get a full refund?
