Can I hang garland from our Central Park balcony?

Nothing can be hung over the railings of the balcony . If something falls off and lands in the ocean you are in violation of many international laws in which you can be fined . Not to mention be ask to leave the ship at the next port and banned from cruising RCCL all together. Remember there are security cameras all over the ship. Not worth the risk.

It's a Central Park balcony, not Oceanview, that's why I don't think it would be a problem.

We decorate our boardwalk balcony (no ocean view) but we keep the decorations INSIDE the balcony and attach them with zip-ties to keep everything in place without marring the railing. We cut the ties before going home. The balcony is clear, so the decorations will show from below.
