Manhattan to Elizabeth on a Sunday...

I am looking for the best option to get transfers from Manhattan to Elizabeth on a Sunday later afternoon (maybe evening). I am not interested in public transportation - with luggage and all would be too much hassle. Any suggestions? There will be two of us (and our luggage).
