When to expect Documents

We sail 5/29. When should we expect to receive documents from NCL?

Those sailing on 5/15 and 5/22, have you received your documents from NCL?

1. did you buy directly from NCL? Did you go through a travel agent. You should have had them by now(IMO)

We went through a travel agent. We have had such a bad experience with the switch in ships that I am concerned that we have not heard something by now.

You should call you TA tomorrow, Don't worry you have plenty of time but you should have them by now. They can get them to you in a day or two. Also a lot of papers are picked up at the pier.

We received our documents on Sat. (5-8) from Cruise Value Center and my mother just received hers yesterday.

I booked through NCL and had my documents a week after I booked, almost 2 months before the cruise. I would talk to your agent and see whats going on.

We are sailing 5/23 and booked through a TA. We received our documents 4/10. I would call. You certainly have plenty of time for them to get them to you but I would call about it. Feels good to have them in your hands and know you are set.

We got ours from our TA last week. I'd call to check. It will be fine, but it's nice to hold them in your hands!

We sail on 6/13 and we got our documents yesterday.

I recall in our other two journeys on NCL, it was also about four or five weeks prior to embarkation.

Thanks for your replies. I called my TA and was told I should NOT worry, and the TA will only contact NCL, if I have not received documents within 2 weeks (3 days from now).

After reading your posts, I think I will call NCL directly tomorrow.

I have to say that I am extremely disappointed in the way RCI - or their assigns -- have handled this entire booking. Whenever I contact their cruise office with questions or concerns, I'm basically told to call back some other time. They never have an answer and they can't be bothered to look into it. This is unusual for RCI as they are generally quite good with non-cruise bookings.

Called NCL today & they had mailed our cruise tickets to our TA in early April. TA promises to FedEx documents today. Probably a good thing I called.

DId you find Cruise Value Center to be a good agency to deal with? Getting ready to book a cruise with them and just checking for comments.
