Future Cruise Credit Question

Hi Everyone!

 

We are planning our annual cruise for 2012. We normally book early saver, last year we had a few cancellations and have a $200 cruise credit.

 

My question is, Can the cruise credit be added to our deposit? So instead of paying $500 we pay $300?

Probably not. Some have managed to do it, but they cancelled and rebooked at the same time. Its been the concensus that if you cancel, then later rebook you cannot use it toward the deposit.

I had a cancellation, and passenger change on my 2010 cruise (Fascination) that left me with $150 credit. When I booked the Dream, the $150 was applied after I paid the deposit.

no, you have to pay a NEW deposit and the your credit will be applied to the balance
