Rome airport hotel

Anyone have any info on hotels near the Rome airport. My group needs a 1 night post cruise stay.

There is the Rome Hilton Airport, which is actually connected to the airport.

We are staying at the Eurohouse Inn. We were in sticker shock over the Hilton--$400/night. The Eurohouse Inn is about $100. There also is the Hotel Roma that got good reviews. We will probably do a tour of Rome when we arrive but are leaving on a 7 AM plane so wanted something close and probably will not be spending that much time so didn't see the need to spend a fortune on the hotel. Check our hotels in Fiumicino which is where the airport is.

Thanks to all of you for the info. I will check out the ones suggested. Also heard that there is a Marriott Courtyard near the airport which is reasonable.

There is--they were quoting me about $300 per night and that was only twin beds--we would have had to pay more for a double.

We have stayed at the Holiday Inn airport location in Rome. They have a shuttle service & the price is right.

Their shuttle will also take you back & forth from the city center.

Might also consider a hotel in the city. It is only a 30 minute cab ride to the airport, or can take metro.
