They do NOT take US dollars. I'm not sure of the cost of the bus but I think it is really low like $70 which is about .60 cents. You must have exact change as well. You may want to post this on www.tripadvisor.com which is the sister site to this one. The Cabo board is very, very active and you will have an exact answer right away. We spend weeks there every year but I have never taken the bus!

I read the original post as asking about the bus along the Corridor, between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo.

 

We haven't done this for four or five years, but my recollection is that it was Pesos only and cost about the equivalent of $5 US for two, each way.
