My daughter waited till the last night, and it was chaos, took her 2 hours to book. My question is , does anyone know if they have gotten the one poor loyalty rep any help? firefly333 Posted February 19, 2012 #2 Share Posted February 19, 2012 Its always busy the last day because they wait until the end of the cruise to print off all the FCCs that were bought the whole week. Rather than suggest they pay to hire more people because some are procrastinators, just book earlier in the week? Problem solved. They were sitting there twiddling their fingers then.
