Onboard booking on magic experience

We were on the Magic inaugural from Galveston, and I did an OB booking the first night, which went well. My daughter waited till the last night, and it was chaos, took her 2 hours to book. My question is , does anyone know if they have gotten the one poor loyalty rep any help? He was the sole person when we were on the ship.

Its always busy the last day because they wait until the end of the cruise to print off all the FCCs that were bought the whole week.

Rather than suggest they pay to hire more people because some are procrastinators, just book earlier in the week? Problem solved. They were sitting there twiddling their fingers then.

I think I have seen two reps on Conquest though come to think of it .. not sure they still have two.
