What is in a french martini?

I only know the vodka or gin martini with a touch of vermouth, and an olive.

Inquiring minds want to know.:D

They are the best! It's vodka- Chambord and Pineapple juice. So it's like a sweet raspberry martini. So addictive- even better if you ask for the top shelf vodka!

Just got back from a cruise today, and I'm craving a Kiss on the Lips, my favorite. Bummer, the casino bar ran out of the mango mix so I couldn't get one there. First day had the DOD, Funship Special, which was way too strong for me, just sipped it quite a while! Also discovered a Mango Swirl, mango with pina colada, which was very good. Tried a Mocha Chocolate Getaway, but it was a little too sweet. So the Kiss on the Lips is still my favorite!

I can't tell you exactly what's in it b/c every bar I've been to have made it a little different, but the main goal of it is to get it to be red, green, and yellow like the Rastafarian flag.

This looks sooooooo good.

While I love the taste of a Kiss on the Lips/ Miami Vice etc- I swear they don't put more than a thimble of alcohol in them. You would have to drink 100 of them really fast just to get a slight buzz- and by then you would prob yak from all the sugar ;). Maybe I just have a high tolerance but I can't even taste alcohol in them :p

All those frozen drinks are tasty on a hot day- but if I am going to pay for a drink I want the most bang for my buck :) I also love the shooters in the comedy club where you can get 4 for $20. Just don't get them in the souvenir glasses- they are bigger in the regular glasses.

You will love them! Just remember- if the bartender asks what's in them......go to another bar! On the Splendor the steakhouse and atrium bar made the best ones :)

Let me start of by saying I'm not a big drinker and the only time that I know of in 16 years that my wife has had any type of drinks was on our wedding day and our two previous cruises. But that being said when I'm cruising I love drinking Salty Dogs, next would have to be Margiritas on the rocks and the occasional Bloody Marry, now Kim on the other hand is Daquiers all the way.She did drink a fruity multie color drink the last time we cruised on the Fantasy and had to make her self stop after the 3rd,she said that they were way to smooooooth:p,I just dont remember the name of.So let see whats what and who likes what.

On my last cruise Aug. of 2011 on the Fascination, I had a DOD that came in an orange plastic Blow Fish! It was really sweet and very, very, potent. I kept putting the Blow Fish up to my DH's lips pretending the fish was giving him kisses. We had a great time. The DH doesn't drink hard liquor and I rarely do except when on a cruise. We had a blast, the drink was recommended to me by a guy that was sitting at the table next to us on the deck outside of the buffet. He seemed really happy with the drink and when I tried it so was I. So much fun getting a buzz on. I got a refill and that was it for the cruise. Don't want to do this too much, as I could get used to it.:D Feeling no pain is pretty cool! No can do, I'm a mom with a 16 yr. old DS. Don't want him seeing mom giving dad kisses with a plastic blow fish!:D

I agree, there is practically zero alcohol in these drinks! They are so good on a hot sunny day laying out on deck though :) But yeah, definitely not good for catching a buzz.

I love all the pics people have posted in this thread!

I agree that there is very little booze in some of those frozen drinks but that works great for us! DH and I only drink when we're on a cruise so doesn't take much for us to feel good. Miami Vice is our favorite. Had a rum punch on last cruise and ended up with bad headache after only a few sips, not even a buzz just headache.:(

The wife and I are fond of A mix of Vodka, Cherry Pucker, and Sprite. Its awesome.

Another one Her and I love this time of year is Strawberries (fresh), Banana liquor, and rum. Add some ice and blend. Makes for a great smoothie.
