We were on the Navigator last year so I am looking forward to seeing it again! It was a wonderful cruise for us.

I already have my DVR set. I have seen most of the shows but I do not think I have seen this one. I'm excited because it is a voyager class ship and I will be on the Explorer in April! :D

From what I can tell by looking on the internet this is from 2009 and it does not have Samantha Brown.

Thanks for the tip! We will be on the Navigator on March 3rd. Always fun for the kids to see it and get excited! (the adults too!)

 

They had one a few weeks back on "mega ships" that spotlighted the Oasis. So much of it was watching families trying to get on without the proper documentation! I think it stressed us out more than helped. Although it was very cool to see how they get the ship ready for so many people.

Thanks, I'll set my DVR, I haven't seen that particular show, but will watch it to see Navigator again. But I'm the type to watch the ships depart on webcam anyway.

I can fully appreciate that sentiment, but scenes like that and relating experiences here has me hyper prepared when I get to check in. My next cruise is with another couple, newly married and its her second marriage. Because of my advice, they took care of all the documentation way in advance and they will arrive with fresh passports with their current names and addresses and their driver's licences and credit cards will all match.

According to the cable listing it was filmed in 2009 which was the year I was on Navigator, looking forward to watching it tonight. Come back after your cruise and let us know what you think.

Turns out this particular shoot was basically a 1 hour commercial for RCCL. Not much about the ship at all, more about the ports and all the "kid friendly" stuff. I wish it had been more like the Oasis special, I loved the behind the scenes stuff.
