GrandmaHofmann Posted March 1, 2012 #1 Share Posted March 1, 2012 I just read that if you fly into Singapore on Singapore Air, which we are doing (from Hong Kong), then you can get a ticket on the Hop on Hop off bus for just $3. Has anyone done this? How do you get the bus ticket? Thank you.
schifty'swife Posted March 2, 2012 #2 Share Posted March 2, 2012 In 2008 we travel from Australia to Singapore on Singapore Air and while on board read that if you had a boarding pass dated within the previous 4 days you could use that boarding pass as a ticket for the HOHO bus for free. I understand there is now a small charge but the airplane boarding pass is all you need.

Kiwi Kruzer Posted March 2, 2012 #4 Share Posted March 2, 2012 I am interested in the HOHO bus as well, so did a google search..... according to this site the normal price is $12, but with a Singapore Airlines boarding pass it halves to $6. http://www.siahopon.com/ticketing/ticket-info/

The full loop takes approx. 2 hours and only goes one way. There is no commentary like on other types of Hop On/Off Tour Buses which can also be found in Singapore.
