If booking w/ TA, which parts of reservation can you access in "My Celebrity"?

If booking through a TA, will I still be able to do the following in "My Celebrity"?

 

Book shore excursions

Make specialty dining reservations

Buy a beverage package

 

Or will I have to do all of this through the TA?

 

I know I won't be able to see/access the payment info. That is okay, but I would like cto have ontrol over the rest.

 

The TA I am considering is a large, well-respected online TA that is offering some good perks right now.

You can do all that at My Celebrity. We have two cruises that we booked through an online TA and have done all the things you are looking to do. If you want to change cabins, you have to go through the TA for that.
