Free Wifi?

Does anybody know where I could get free wifi in Juneau, Skagway, and Ketchikan? I would like to email home and send a photo or two. Thanks :)

check the public libraries. I know for sure Juneau Library (next to the ports) have free WiFi.

Depends both on your carrier and your plan, as well as which "all the ports" you are talking about.

I know AT & T works well in most Alaska ports. If you go onto the website of your carrier, you will find a "coverage map" which will tell you everything you need to know.

I have Verizon, and I got coverage in every place I went to in Alaska (except Denali, of course).

Of course? I get reception in the entrance area of Denali NP. I haven't checked for sure, but I know it goes at least 3-4 miles in along the road into the park, maybe further. It was ATT I think (roaming partner so I am not 100% certain).
