If I book a cruise during the wow sale, and I do it through a travel agent who gives obc, will I be eligible for the obc with rcl and the travel agent? Anyone had this before?

Yes. The TA will give you the RCI OBC and any OBC she would normally give you.

Most likely yes however it will depend on where the OBC the agent gives you is coming from. It it's a promotion with Royal Caribbean that also offers OBC then it's not going to be combinable. If it's OBC from group amenities then it's not combinable as WOW bookings can't be in a group. If the OBC comes from an agents commission then yes it is combinable. Just be upfront and ask the agent/agency if their onboard credit is in addition to and combinable with the WOW OBC.
