Cancel excursion booked online?

Recommended Posts

is there a way I can cancel an excursion that I booked online? My dd has decided to do the teen snorkel adventure instead of the water park. I was hoping there was some way I could cancel online but I can't figure out how. Or do I call RCI? If I have to call, is it just the regular number or a special one for excursions? Thanks for the help!

There should be a place under your cruise planner where the excursion is listed. Look for something that says " shop or modify " this excursion. I know I was able to cancel one with no trouble. You will get an email telling you that you cancelled a person from the excursion and that your cc will be credited.

I wish I could remember the specifics of the screen, but you want to look for that " shop or modify" button, that should open the excursion with all the members listed and I think you can cancel one out by just unchecking her off on the list, you'll get a "are you sure?" sort of prompt then you are good to go.

Thanks everyone, I finally found the shop/modify button by clicking on the excursion in the calendar view! They sent an email instantly for confirmation of the cancellation. It's great that booking or canceling is so painless, one you find the right buttons:p

You should just be able to click cancel under the booked excursion??

I cancelled one and they put money back on my hubby's credit card.

True, one thought, you can't book excursions less than 10 days from sailing. I saw the OP will be getting to this point soon. I don't know if the same holds true for canceling.
