What are your favourite food items on MSC?

We need some more discussions on the MSC thread.

 

Therefore I also stole this thread from another line. What is your favourite food item on MSC?

 

Is it the honey stung chicken, the roast beef sandwich or the vidalia onion tart.................... (just kidding)

Mine is the Spaghetti Bolognese.... Had it at every opportunity... Authentic Italian..Of Course....:)

I Liked almost everything but the best thing is hmmm i do not know, liked the vegetable lasagne, the fish soup, the muscles platter,

 

this line offer a wide range of fish plates which on ncl we hadn't and I like fish very much, the way is cooked is very good.

 

Pizza i like and also pasta basically everything since i love eating :P

 

the one thing i hated is the sausages at bfast :P

Hmm, what to narrow it down to?

 

Breakfast - smoked salmon omelette

Lunch - the chilled soups particularly the fruit ones and the tomato stuffed with tuna

Dinner - aubergine parmigiana, Emilio Romano lasagne, Spumante Rissoto, Pasta Norma, Beef in Barolo, hazelnut ice cream, tiramisu......

 

Pizza slice is good for a snack in between.

 

For a special treat , the a la carte restaurant - it's all good there.

We really loved the bread we had in the MDR and the Pizza at 5pm in the Buffet.

My son loved the spaghetti and Ravioli as well!:D

We loved the soups especially the 2 bean soups they served.One was with white beans the other with black beans.

I agree, the pizza was fantastic. Loved the Rissoto and other Italian dishes. The gelato was wonderful, and a fresh fruit plate was always available. I'd stick with the Italian offerings, although the burgers and fries were good at the lunch buffet. The steak I had at dinner, however, was not. The servers put on two shows with dessert in the main dining room. Those were a lot of fun, too. It was rather a basic menu, but I loved ordering room service and eating a continental breakfast on my patio.

Agreed! In fact, I had it for breakfast one morning - yum yum!

 

Other stand outs for me were the prosciutto and the osso bucco.

The only thing that really wowed me was the limoncello cream cake...I'm drooling again at the thought of it! Delicious! I really liked the seafood tempura on Wednesday dinner too

strawbery gelato, tiramisu, hazelnut gelato cafe corretto cafe marocchino, fish plates were all good zuppa inglese, ribeye, kingprawns.. lasagne mmmmmmmmm
