Ice Cream machines Liberty

Are they true soft serve ice cream or Ice milk or Fro Yo, and is there Vegan ice cream available anywhere on the ship?

From what I've eaten on board Carnival ships, it's true soft serve. There's Fro Yo too. No Vegan stuff though ( isn't use of 'Vegan' and 'cream' together a bit of an oxymoron?). Whether or not that's available off the vegan choices in the MDR, I don't know.

To be honest, I've seen the labels of yogurt and ice cream, but I don't know if sometimes the crew pays attention to what they put it or maybe more demand for one or the other. I've gotten so used to frozen yogurt that I might be able to tell the difference, but the difference isn't horrible enough that I really care. Frozen yogurt just has a bit more icie than the reg.
