Am I missing any documents??

Recommended Posts

Was doing a check of my documents folder. Here's what I have.

Passport---me

BC---kids

(photo copy made of passport & pics taken of each with phone just in case. reading these boards has made me nervous of all the possible "issues" that can arise)

Carnival boarding passes/Invoice with OBC amount

Luggage tags

Copies of independent excursions confirmations

Copies of Carnival excursions & steakhouse confirmations/emails

Confirmation of pre cruise hotel

Copy of travel insurance policy

Confirmation for transfers

Confirmation for airline

Am I missing anything??

$1 and $5 dollar bills for tips. Don't bring all $20's or $10's. I read you can't always get small bills. Enjoy your cruise:D

Yes, it is amazing that these people can get tips all day in small bills, but conveniently don't have change when all you have are larger bills.

Much more than I take, all we bring is a copy of the fun pass.

I think you got all that you really need. I leave in 1 month and for the last 6 months I have been putting all paperwork in a folder. Yesterday I took that large stack of paperwork and organized it and got it ready for my cruise. I got a 2 pocket folder with center 3 ring prongs, I then got a stack of clear page protectors and organized all my paperwork. I put the paperwork in order of when I need it. I started with my train tickets, then I put my hotel confirmation for the one night in Ft. Lauderdale, then I put my Carnival luggage tags already folded and wrapped in clear packing tape with a hole in it with the zip ties. Then I have my boarding pass, our copies of our birth certificates, with an extra copy, our protection plan, then a folder for each of our 4 ports with maps and misc things I printed on them. our Dinner Club reservation confirmation letter and then several blank protectors to add info. I know I am a bit over the top with my planning and organizing, but I do not waant to forget something and ruin the vacation.
