Is Liberty 'ship' time the same as San Juan 'real' time?

Sorry if I've missed the answer somewhere, but I've searched for a couple hours and can't find this. We are in port on Liberty 7 - 3:30 & trying to plan self walking tour based on the opening times of various sights.

Ship time should match the time of the original port you boarded which I believe is Miami. San Juan follows AST, not EST. However, Puerto Rico doesnt follow daylights savings so sometimes it matches EST and sometimes it does not.
