Silver Wind #2217, Athens to Rome, June 4, 2012: not quite live!

We also use Silversea's open booking on every cruise, for just $1000 you have a year to book you next Silversea voyage to get a 5% discount, and on occasion SS gives 10% discount like the current special now on going for over 30 voyages. This open booking is now fortuitous with the 2014 itineraries coming out this fall. Silversea's open booking for us, is much preferred over Regent's system where if you can't find a voyage you like to book while on board, u need to play the game of booking a placeholder voyage that can be moved once to gain the on board booking discount--and the discount in many cases is not nearly 5%.

Hi JeanPaul

Your review/blog & pics have been wonderful. I've been to a number of the places by land and your pics brought back so many memories.

Thankx for taking the time to post...I've thoroughly enjoyed it.

Cheers

Jennifer
