Car Rental Agencies near Split and Dubrovnik Ports?

I'd like to rent a car near Split's port on Friday, 21 September, spend Friday night in Mostar, and return the car to the Gruz Port area on Saturday, 22 September at around 16:00. Can anyone recommend some reputable car rental agencies that:

 

(1) Would allow me to drive the car into Bosnia-Herzegovina?

 

(2) Have locations near the cruise ports in Split and Dubrovnik?

 

Hertz has locations near the two ports but their Dubrovnik office closes at 13:00 on Saturday and they won't allow an after-hours drop-off.

 

Sixt has a city/port location in Dubrovnik but not in Split (airport only).

 

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

We toured this area by land last fall, but took a ferry from Split to Korcula. I would not want to miss sailing/cruising in this area.

 

Perhaps you can come back for a land tour, or see Mostar another time. Mostar is interesting. On our way back north we drove to there from Dubrobnik and then went on to Split.
