Well, they seem to be getting some things right at Head Office, though they have often been good on price drops. We had one recently on our upcoming Sojourn cruise. Spoke to TA who rang Seabourn. End result: $1290 USD OBC + upgrade from OB to a V2 = two happy customers.

ha ha, yes but we already get 4 bags of complementary laundry! Was planning on picking up a lot of perfume in the shop and starting a mail-order/internet business when we get back.

We never received that survey. Was it addressed to you as a member of the Advisory board? And if we believe the comments posted here about the retreat are a fair representation of what past Seabourn passengers thought of the idea it is telling that their opinions seem to have been ignored.
