Disembarkation time - Bayonne

I have a quick question. We would like to book a taxi/limousine to pick us up at Cape Liberty cruise terminal, following our cruise on Celebrity Summit. We are scheduled to arrive at 7am, but Celebrity told us it could take up to 3-4 hours before we clear customs and can disembark from the ship.

 

My question is therefore at what time do you think we should ask the driver to pick us up? We want to be picked up as early as possible, but at the same time, we don't want to be charged waiting fees if the driver must wait for us to disembark. Our flight is in the afternoon, but we would like to arrive at La Guardia as early as possible.

Hmm..around 10-ish....they want the ship cleared ASAP...and last time i was up there, boarding for passengers started around 11:30 or so......so if you go with 10 that should be good.....

We were on the May 27 sailing. People started leaving around 7:30 and the latest departures were around 10-10:30 am.

We did self debarkation and were off the ship by 7:30.
