wardmav1 Posted May 12, 2005 #1 Share Posted May 12, 2005 We just booked the Wyndham El San Juan. I keep reading that the Wyndham changed over to the Sheraton; however, we booked our reservation through the Wyndham website and when I compare the Sheraton and Wyndham the addresses are different. So, is there a Wyndham AND a Sheraton?

So, is there a Wyndham AND a Sheraton? There were 2, Wyndham El San Juan and Wyndham Old San Juan. Sheraton bought the Wyndham Old San Juan. CathyG Posted May 12, 2005 #4 Share Posted May 12, 2005 There were 3 Wyndhams in the San Juan area. The Wyndham Old San Juan which is now the Sheraton, the Wyndham Condado and Casino in the Condado area, and the Wyndyam El San Juan which is in the Isla Verde area. Hope this helped. astralj Posted June 1, 2005 #5 Share Posted June 1, 2005 http://www.sheratonoldsanjuan.com/ Booked this hotel for 12/2/05. It's right across the street from the pier....
Suzanne123 Posted June 5, 2005 #6 Share Posted June 5, 2005 Hope you had better luck than we did at the Sheraton. Make sure you get a room not across the street from Senor Frogs! We were on the 8th floor and the music/noise kept us up all night even with the balcony doors closed. The air conditioning was either on (freezing) or off (so hot and humid the mirrors were full of condensation. I was afraid to use Priceline so we paid the going rate, about $190, but never again...
