OBC- when do I get it?

My husband and I booked our October cruise on Oasis back in March.. we booked during the WOW Sale and received 100 in OBC. We also booked through a AAA Travel Agent and received 50.00 from her. On the print-out she gave me, it shows this, but I do not see it anywhere when I log onto my RCC account. Does anyone know how or when I will see/receive this credit? Thanks!

You will not see any OBC on Royal's webpage. The only place to see the OBC is on Royal's Guest Copy of your booking confirmation. You can get this from whoever booked your cruise.

Like Bob said you will need to get a copy of your booking invoice to see it.

 

It should appearon your shipboard account on the second or third day once you are onboard.

I normally see our OBC in our account on the second day of our cruise.

Just bring the copy of whatever documentation you have showing you are entitled to the OBC. There usually are no problems, but I like to have it just in case.
