2 Excursions. Is this do-able

Is this possible, We would like to do the 12 meter sail in the morning, starts at 9:45 for 3-3.5 hrs. Would we have enough time to do the excursion to Marigot in the afternoon. That leaves at 1:15 about 4 hrs. Ship leaves at 6.These would both be thru the cruise line. Thanks in advance Al

I did the sailboat race. It was physically demanding. You might be able to do it time wise, but I just wanted to relax afterward. I was pretty sweaty as well. I had a great time on the excursion though.
